LeadUp is a youth-first, technology-enabled hybrid social enterprise and research organisation that combines nonprofit impact with mission-driven enterprise approaches to generate evidence, design and scale practical solutions, and build strategic partnerships that improve health, education, livelihoods, and resilience for underserved youth, children, and women.
Why we exist
Too many programs fail not because ideas are bad, but because delivery systems are weak. LeadUp exists to close the gap between good intentions and real-world results.

A future where youth lead thriving lives, and children and women in underserved communities are healthy, educated, safe, and economically empowered through equitable, technology-enabled systems.
Mission
To design, test, evaluate, and scale technology-enabled, community-rooted solutions that improve health, education, livelihoods, and climate resilience for youth (our primary focus), children, and women, using research and data to deliver measurable and sustainable impact.
